Eastwood Guitars MRG Guitar "1975 Morris The Cosey"

Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar

Unique, Mandolin-style body

MRG Studio Series

This is what happens when you leave a Mandolin and an Electric Guitar in the back of a van together, without proper supervision. Like many of the unique instruments from Eastwood Guitars, the MRG Guitar, also known as the 1975 Morris The Cosey model (We just call it "The Cosey") pays tribute to an obscure vintage instrument which has been resurrected for all to enjoy! Originally manufactured in the early 1970s by Morris as the “Mando Mania” guitar, it was popularized by the late, great Miles Davis guitarist Pete Cosey. Best described as an instrument that plays like a Les Paul and looks like a Mandolin, “The Cosey” features semi-hollow, set neck construction with elegant appointments and superb playability.
