With a dynamic range five times broader than your ordinary reverb pedal, a high-end natural sound is guaranteed. A reverb effect simulates a mild reverberation that is created when a sound is reflected in space. Every sound that is emitted for any instrument accompanies reverberation in space before reaching human ears. The Prussian Blue Reverb creates an ideal and genuine reverberation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhat I didn't want to do was create an overbearing and powerful spring reverb or a reverb tone produced as a deluding effect at an higher octave. I wanted to pursue the ideal reverb tone but also wanted to highlight the instrument. The custom program is recorded on a 24-bit digital chip. It's dry signal is analog, which is not converted to digital. By randomly modulating the decay time of reverb signals, it creates the effects by which sounds spread in the space while remaining mono. This random modulation is programmed to imitate the string vibration property of guitars and basses. This is a property unique to the Prussian Blue Reverb, different from the conventional reverb algorithm that creates layers of individually recorded reverberation. It is natural and solid but not too plain, and is most similar to \"the\" reverb tone players constantly seek.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe decay time can be set from 2ms to 2s. In simpler terms, choose between a soft reverberation or a long-lasting reverberation. Marshall JMP and JCM era flavors with a touch of \"Josè modifications\" to goose the gain to new levels of dynamic compression and distortion.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe new RRD4K (four knob) model adds an innovative “Drive” control to allow players to effectively control the pre-gain staging within the pedal, similar to how adding an extra stage of tube pre-amp in those amp mods enabled players to “goose” those amps to levels of distortion never attainable before. The treble control has been re-voiced to allow most frequencies through while sculpting the upper range to mate with most varieties of tube and solid-state amplifiers.
