The refin is nitrocellulose lacquer with some very nice, light checking (authentic looking horizonal checks, not spray can cold air crazing). Other than that, the guitar is all original without any serious issues, damage, repairs or wear. Like all our used\/vintage gear it has been tested for functionality and priced to move. Sold as-is. Easier chording, faster leads and no fretting out when you go for the big bends thanks to the 1\u0026amp;11\/16\" nut width, flatter 9.5\" fingerboard radius and 6105 fret wire. Adjustments are a breeze too! The Truss Rod is accessible from the headstock, so you no longer have to remove the neck for a tweak. This guitar also features an ultra-comfy, \"MVP Perfect C\" neck profile. At .850\" - .950\" it's a handful, but not obnoxious. Perfectly shaped to fit in any size hands. Another nifty feature is the push button switch hidden discretely in the center of the volume knob. When activated this puts the neck \/ bridge pickup combination at your fingertips for all those Jimmy Page \/ Ritchie Blackmore type tones. Even a bit of Tele flavor.
