Road Case, Serial No. B012944 (head), Serial No. 2275150CL (cab)\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis half-stack is one of two used by Eric Clapton during the Arms Benefit US Tour in December 1983. It was modified for Clapton by the Music Man workshop before shipping. Modifications to the head include conversion of the Bright switch circuit to a Mid-Shift circuit and the addition of an Effects Loop. The BRIGHT switch has been re-labelled MID-SHIFT to reflect the mod. Two additional jacks marked PRE AMP LINE OUT and POWER AMP LINE INPUT are installed on the back panel. The 2x12 Speaker Cabinet is a 1970s open-back style cabinet with the initial E stenciled on the back panel, a pair of 12-inch JBL blue label K120 alnico speakers, and a blue flight case with THE DUCK BROS. stencil on one side and the number 14 on all sides. This amp sounds absolutely killer. The first channel is not currently working. The second channel works great. You do need a footswitch (not included) to operate the Reverb and Tremolo. Cosmetically, it shows wear and tear consistent with age and use but no serious issues or damage. Road Case, Serial No. B012944 (head), Serial No. 2275150CL (cab)\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis half-stack is one of two used by Eric Clapton during the Arms Benefit US Tour in December 1983. It was modified for Clapton by the Music Man workshop before shipping. Modifications to the head include conversion of the Bright switch circuit to a Mid-Shift circuit and the addition of an Effects Loop. The BRIGHT switch has been re-labelled MID-SHIFT to reflect the mod. Two additional jacks marked PRE AMP LINE OUT and POWER AMP LINE INPUT are installed on the back panel. The 2x12 Speaker Cabinet is a 1970s open-back style cabinet with the initial E stenciled on the back panel, a pair of 12-inch JBL blue label K120 alnico speakers, and a blue flight case with THE DUCK BROS. stencil on one side and the number 14 on all sides. This amp sounds absolutely killer. The first channel is not currently working. The second channel works great. You do need a footswitch (not included) to operate the Reverb and Tremolo. Cosmetically, it shows wear and tear consistent with age and use but no serious issues or damage. First off, it sports an unbelievably cool, original vintage patina with plenty of desirable lacquer checks and just the right amount of wear that shows this instrument was played, and for good reason – It sounds and plays fantastic! No breaks! The original vintage lightning bolt bridge and tremolo are included in the case, but a genuine Leo Quan Badass bridge is currently installed for functionality.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eIt’s on consignment from a local client \/ musician. The vintage-style slide switch pickup selector has been replaced with a high quality 3-way toggle, which is more practical. No routing or modifications have been done to the body, and this mod is reversable to stock. The original vintage pickguard is shrunken and has some cracks, but it functions fine and looks the part. There are some dings, dents, and wear from use, but the headstock is fully intact with no breaks there, or anywhere else. It has been professionally re-fretted by a well-known local luthier (Geoff Benge) and sports a new bone nut. Included in this “Half Stack” is the GT-100 Head and matching 2x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet loaded with a pair of great sounding speakers. The amp was gigged occasionally but has been in storage for many years now. It shows some signs of use cosmetically but was well cared for overall and does not have any serious issues, damage, repairs, or modifications. As mentioned, it was just sent out to Guytron for a full check up \/ service and is now back in action and ready to roar for another 20 years. Like all our used\/vintage gear it has been tested for functionality and priced to move. Sold as-is. What you see is what you get. Included in this “Half Stack” is the GT-100 Head and matching 2x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet loaded with a pair of great sounding speakers. The amp was gigged occasionally but has been in storage for many years now. It shows some signs of use cosmetically but was well cared for overall and does not have any serious issues, damage, repairs, or modifications. As mentioned, it was just sent out to Guytron for a full check up \/ service and is now back in action and ready to roar for another 20 years.
