Jersey Girl Homemade Guitars Custom Jazz model - Black - Boutique Offset Electric Guitar - USED
Jersey Girl Homemade Guitars “Jazz”
Ordermade Offset Electric
Custom Boutique Handmade Jazzmaster
Used! Just in on consignment!
Used! Just in on consignment is this beautiful, custom Jersey Girl electric guitar. It’s an “Ordermade” model referred to as “Jazz”. I believe this refers to the fact that it was special ordered by the consignee with customized Jazzmaster-style specifications. Like all Jersey Girl guitars it features the finest attention to detail and hand-craftsmanship by luthiers Kaz G and Akiko Oda. Features like the highly figured birdseye Maple pickguard with matching wood pickup covers and knobs (knobs that also feature suede wrapped edges) are just the type of boutique design elements these instruments are known for. Same with the understated yet elegant inlays in the dark, rich Cocobolo fingerboard. The pickups themselves are actually stacked humbuckers. Original Hard Case and accessories included.
The condition is excellent but the guitar is 10 years old. There are some minor signs of use – mainly signs of being cared for though – like superficial swirl marks from being wiped down after playing. The finish is thin and has shrunk back a bit to reveal the underlying gain lines and some light checking. It was collector owned and cared for. There are no serious issues, damage, or repairs. Like all our used / vintage gear this has been tested for functionality and priced to move. Sold as-is. What you see is what you get.
